Licensing Body
Adam Boys, Antoinette Thorpe, and Elaine Masters are licensed to act as Insolvency Practitioners in the UK by the Insolvency Practitioners Association. As such they are bound by the rules of their professional body, including any that relate specifically to insolvency. These rules can be found here.
Ethics
In addition, Debt Movement’s Insolvency Practitioners are bound by the Statements of Insolvency Practice (SIPs), details of which can be found here and the Insolvency Code of Ethics which can be found here.
