The fees charged in your IVA are documented and agreed at the outset of your IVA. The fees in an IVA are referred to as the Nominee Fee, Supervisory Fee, and related expenses connected with the arrangement are sometimes called ‘disbursements’. Fees are charged and administered by your Insolvency Practitioner who acts as Supervisor of the IVA.
Fees will be deducted from your IVA payment by your IVA Supervisor or funds from any 3rd party fund or other assets recovered and contributed to your arrangement.
